Your first visit is complimentary so we can get to know each other. By the time you leave, we will be “Phamily”! Please plan to spend about an hour in our office to review treatment needs, discuss goals, and answer any questions you may have. We understand that orthodontic treatment is a meaningful investment so we encourage anyone involved in the decision-making process to attend the visit together whenever possible. Whether it’s parents, spouses, siblings, or the whole crew, we want everyone to feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. Prior to your appointment, please complete the New Patient Forms which have been emailed to you along with a unique password. Once you have created your account, you may use the following link to access the
New Patient Portal.

To begin, our treatment coordinator will take a few photos and two radiographs. If your dentist has taken a recent panoramic radiograph, let us know and we’ll request a copy. Then you will meet with the doctor, who will examine your teeth and review your photos and x-rays. We will listen to your goals, share our recommendations for treatment options, and respond to your questions and concerns as we discuss your individualized plan.

Patients often use a combination of insurance benefits, flex spending accounts and our zero interest in-house financing. We offer down payments as low as $250 and flexible monthly payment options.

We are in-network with dozens of insurance companies and accept benefits from hundreds more, including but not limited to Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Principal, Guardian, United Concordia, and United Healthcare. We will file claims on your behalf whether we are in-network or out-of-network in order to coordinate and maximize the benefits you receive.
